- 5 c. finely chopped rhubarb
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
Directions

1Put rhubarb in a big pan.

2Pour sugar on top and stir, making sure all pieces are covered.

3Let stand for 1 hour, stirring frequently.

4Cook on top of stove for 12 minutes.

5Remove from heat and add Jell-O.

6Stir well.

7Put in small canning jars.
