  • 1 pkg. wonton skins
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • peanut oil
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Twist each wonton skin in the center to resemble a butterfly. Heat peanut oil to 375° in saucepan or electric skillet.

    Deep fry each skin in hot oil until golden brown.

    Drain on paper towel.
