- 6 medium carrots
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
Directions

1Slice carrots.

2Simmer in small amount of water and salt for about 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.

3Drain.

4Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar over low heat until sugar is dissolved.

5Add carrots.

6Cook for 10 minutes, turning and stirring often.

7Serve hot.
