  • 2 lb. sliced carrots
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cut and layer vegetables in a bowl.

    Bring to a boil soup, sugar, vinegar, salt, oil, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan.

    Cool mixture and pour over vegetables.

    Refrigerate. Serve cold.
