  • 1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut
  • 1/2 c. orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp. mint jelly
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    In a saucepan, cook carrots with water. Add salt and pepper. Cook until barely tender; drain.

    Melt butter, marmalade and jelly. Cook with carrots for a few minutes.
