- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 c. cooked, sliced and drained carrots
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh if available)

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Stir in brown sugar, mustard and salt. Add cooked carrots.

3Heat, stirring constantly until carrots are glazed, about 5 minutes.

4Sprinkle with parsley.
