- 3 c. sliced carrots
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. Mrs. Butterworth lite syrup
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- chopped parsley to taste
Directions

1Cook carrots in boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender; drain.

2Melt butter; stir in syrup and ginger; cook 1 minute. Pour glaze over carrots.

3Stir and garnish with parsley.
