- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 onion (medium)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon
- 2 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Cut up onion (thin).

2Put in skillet with 3 tablespoons butter.

3Salt lightly.

4Put onion aside when done.

5Leave remaining butter.

6Cut up carrots in 2-inch sticks.

7Use 1 tablespoon butter.

8Put in skillet on medium for about 15 to 20 minutes or until carrots are soft.

9Then mix the parsley, lemon and onion in with carrots.

10Toss until all is mixed on low heat, approximately 5 minutes.
