  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. carrot liquid

    Cook carrots in small amount of water; drain.

    Reserve 2 teaspoons of liquid.

    In skillet, heat sugar, butter and liquid. Add carrots and heat.
