Glazed Carrots

  • 1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4's
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Boil 2 cups of water with 2 bouillon cubes.

    Add carrots, boil until water almost boils out (covered).
  3. 3
    Add 1 cup water and 1 bouillon cube and 1/4 cup brown sugar.

    Continue boiling until carrots are tender.

    Remove from heat and let stand covered 15 minutes then add remaining brown sugar.

    Stir, simmer until thick. Serve hot.
