Glazed Carrots

- 10-12 small young carrots, washed and trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint or parsley (optional)
Directions

1Cook carrots in small amount of boiling salted water for 10 minutes (I steam mine).

2When tender drain; set aside.

3Melt margarine in small skillet.

4Add sugar and honey and blend together.

5Add carrots and cook 3-4 minutes over low heat, stirring so each carrot is glazed.

6Sprinkle with fresh mint or parsley if desired.

7Will make 4-6 servings.
