- 3 (12 oz. size) baby carrots, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Directions

1Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water for approximately 10 minutes, or until tender-crisp.

2Drain, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.

3Combine reserved liquid, honey, butter and brown sugar.

4Stir well.

5Pour over carrots and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.
