- 1 1/3 c. mini Shredded Wheat, finely rolled
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 3/4 c. chopped dried fruit
- 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds, finely chopped
Directions

1In bowl, mix cereal, sugar and fruit until well combined.

2Stir in corn syrup.

3Knead cereal mixture with lightly greased hands until mixture holds together.

4Shape into 20 (1 inch) balls, roll in chopped almonds.

5Store in tightly covered container.

6Makes 20 cookies, 60 calories; 6 mg. sodium; 1 gram fat each.
