- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Cook carrots in 1/4 cup salted water until tender, then drain.

2Whisk together orange juice, nutmeg, brown sugar, cornstarch, until smooth. Pour over carrots and cook for several minutes until mixture thickens.
