- 32 ounces, weight Baby Carrots
- 1/2 cups Butter Or Oleo
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 envelopes Ranch Salad Dressing Mix, 1 Ounce Packets
Directions

1Place carrots in a saucepan with 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. Drain carrots and set aside.

2In the same pan, combine butter, brown sugar, and dressing mix until blended.

3Return carrots to the saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until glazed.
