- 1 medium bunch carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/4 c. honey
Directions

1Steam the carrots in a saucepan for 5 to 6 minutes, until slightly tender. Saute them briefly in the butter in a medium skillet; add the sugar, nutmeg, orange juice and honey. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar melts and the carrots are well glazed.
