  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. dried mint (for lamb) or parsley (for beef, chicken, fish, etc.)

    Wash, scrape and cut carrots into 1 1/2-inch sticks.

    Cook in salted water until tender.
