  • 4 c. carrots (cut in 2-inch or bite size pieces)
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 c. brown sugar or less
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate or may use vinegar

    Cook carrots in boiling water, salted to taste, until still a little crisp.

    Drain well and place in a shallow baking dish.
