- 1 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 c. brown sugar or less
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate or may use vinegar
Directions

1Cook carrots in boiling water, salted to taste, until still a little crisp.
