- 9 to 10 medium carrots
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Peel carrots and cut in half lengthwise.

2Boil in salted water until tender; drain well.

3Melt butter in heavy skillet.

4Add lemon juice and brown sugar; stir until mixture thickens.

5Add carrots and stir until well glazed and heated through.
