- 1 (2 lb.) bag carrots, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion and pepper, chopped
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Directions

1Put in blender the sugar, tomato soup, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oil, salt and pepper.

2Cook carrots in boiling water 5 minutes (no longer).

3Put in ice water to cool.
