  • 1 (2 lb.) bag carrots, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion and pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions

    Put in blender the sugar, tomato soup, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oil, salt and pepper.

    Cook carrots in boiling water 5 minutes (no longer).

    Put in ice water to cool.
