- 1 lb. carrots, scraped and thickly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Cook carrots in small amount of unsalted water until just tender.

2Drain well.

3In skillet, melt margarine, add brown sugar and orange peel.

4Cook until sugar melts and mixture thickens. Add carrots and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and glazed.

5Top with walnuts.
