- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat in 1-inch boiling water, heat carrots and 1/4 teaspoon salt to boil.

2Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender-crisp, then drain.

3In a saucepan, heat butter, sugar, nutmeg and 3/4 teaspoon salt; stir well and heat.

4Add carrots; stir until carrots are glazed.
