- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 peppercorns
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- chicken pieces
- Honey Mustard Glaze
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except chicken and glaze.

2Blend.

3In shallow dish, pour mixture over chicken pieces.

4Cover and marinate 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

5Drain, reserving marinade.

6Grill chicken over medium coals for 45 to 50 minutes, brushing with marinade and turning frequently.

7Just before serving, brush with glaze.
