- 4 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari divided
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice divided
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger ground
- 4 each chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 x nonstick cooking spray
Directions

1Combine 2 tablespons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and ginger; pour over chicken, stirring to coat.

2Marinate for 30 minutes.

3Combine remaining soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and water.

4In wok or large skillet, brown chicken; add honey mixture.

5Over medium heat, cook 5 minutes.

6Over high heat, cook uncovered an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is glazed; stir occasionally.
