- 6 to 8 split breasts
- 1 bottle Russian Salad dressing
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 jar apricot jam
- 2/3 c. water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except chicken.

2Place chicken, skin side down, in baking dish.

3Pour half the sauce over them.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

5Turn pieces and spread with the rest of the sauce.

6Bake 1/2 hour more or until tender.
