  • 6 to 8 split breasts
  • 1 bottle Russian Salad dressing
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 jar apricot jam
  • 2/3 c. water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except chicken.

    Place chicken, skin side down, in baking dish.

    Pour half the sauce over them.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    Turn pieces and spread with the rest of the sauce.

    Bake 1/2 hour more or until tender.
