  • 4-5 Lb. pickled corned beef, cooked for 2 hours. Cool in the cooking water overnight.
  • GLAZE
  • 1 C. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 C. duck sauce
  • 2 T. ch. garlic
  • 1 1/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1/4 C. Teriyaki sauce

    Combine glaze and pour over meat. Bake @ 375F for 30 min.til edges are crisp. Cool before slicing.
