- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. apricot jam
- garlic (a lot, 10, 12 large chunks or more)
- lemon juice (1/3 to 1/2 c. or so)
- teriyaki sauce (1/3 to 1/2 c. or so)
- Tabasco sauce (5 to ? drops)
- olive oil (1/4 to 1/3 c.)
Directions

1Put the steak in the pot and hack away at it with a fork or something to open it up for the marinade.
