Glazed Fruit Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Carte D'or Strawberry Ice Cream 100g/200ml
  • 1/4 pineapple 2 rings, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
  • 8 strawberries hulled
  • 2 kiwi peeled and cut into quarters
  • 8 mango chunks
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 3 tablespoons clear honey

    Pre-heat the grill.

    Thread the prepared fruit evenly onto 4 skewers.

    Mix the ginger and the honey in a small bowl.

    Place the kebabs on a baking tray and drizzle the honey and ginger mixture over each kebab.

    Grill for approximately 8 - 10 minutes until golden and caramelised and place each kebab on a serving plate.

    Scoop a ball of Carte D'Or Strawberry Ice Cream and serve alongside the fruit kebab.
