- 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 c. maraschino cherries, drained
- 3 large bananas, sliced
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice.

2Combine fruit and pecans in a large bowl and toss gently.

3Combine pudding mix and reserved pineapple juice in a mixing bowl.

4Beat on high speed of electric mixer 1 minute.

5Pour pudding mixture over fruit and pecans.

6Toss gently.

7Refrigerate at least 3 to 4 hours.

8Serves 10 to 12.
