- 1 smoked ham, bone-in & spiral cut, 12-15 lb
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1 cup Bourbon (or Dark Rum)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Score a diamond pattern into the exterior of the ham (use a paring knife).

3Set in a roasting pan, flat side down & place in the oven.

4Bake for 1 hour.

5While ham is baking, combine marmelade and bourbon/rum in a saucepan.

6Bring to a boil & simmer on medium low heat until mixture is thick & syrupy, about 10 minutes.

7Remove the ham from the oven & pour glaze over it.

8Return to oven & cook for around another hour, basting frequently.

9Remove when internal temperature reaches 140.
-
10Serve at room temperature.
