  • 2 loin lamb chops (6 oz. cooked weight)
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. currant jelly
  • 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 Tbsp. hot water

Directions

    Rub chops with cut garlic clove.

    Brown chops in skillet, turning frequently.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
