- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. flaked coconut (if desired)
- 1 Tbsp. Bisquick baking mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- glaze
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix 1 cup baking mix and the powdered sugar.

4Press in ungreased square pan, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
