- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 10 oz. jar (1 c.) grape jelly
Directions

1In medium bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt and eggs; mix well.

2Shape into 3/4-inch balls.

3In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil, turning occasionally.

4Drain. Add remaining ingredients.

5Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat meatballs with glaze.

6Serve warm in chafing dish.

7Makes 48 meatballs.
