- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 12 oz. to 1 lb. nuts or pecans
Directions

1Mix egg white and water.

4Then add nuts or pecans.

5Spread on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
