- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. nuts
- 1/4 c. Karo syrup (light)
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Stir in sugar and Karo syrup.

3Bring to a boil, stir constantly.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in vanilla.

6Place nuts on a 13 x 9-inch pan.

7Pour mixture over nuts.

8Stir to coat evenly.

9Bake at 250° about 1 hour.

10Stir them several times.

11Cool on wax paper.

12Separate and place in tightly covered containers.
