- 2 lb. boiling onions
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Directions

1Peel onions; cook in boiling, salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.

2Drain onions well, reserving 3/4 cup liquid.

3In 10-inch skillet, combine butter, sugar and reserved liquid.

4Cook and stir until blended.

5Add onions.

6Cook, uncovered, over low heat for about 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture glazes onions.

7Garnish with chopped pimento.
