Glazed Peach Pie

  • 6 cup fresh peach slices
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • Whip cream

Directions

    Mash peaches to make 1 cup.

    Blend sugar and corn starch and cook with orange juice and lemon juice until thick.

    Cool.

    Put some glaze in shell.

    Add peaches and pour rest of glaze over it. Refrigerate 3 hours. Serve with whip cream.

    Can use blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries instead of peaches.
