- 2 zucchini squash, sliced
- 2 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1 c. cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- Atkins chips
Directions

1Stir-fry the squash and onion in butter until slightly tender, but still crisp. Do not add salt. Combine remaining ingredients with squash and put in a casserole dish. Top with Atkins chips and cheese. You can also use regular chips, seasoned dressing or crackers as a topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
