- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- dash of salt
- 9 medium peaches
- 1/3 c. water
- baked pie shell
Directions

1In small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.

2Stir in 3 medium peeled and mashed peaches and water.

3Cook until thickened and bubbly.

4Cook 2 minutes, remove from heat.

5Cover surface with plastic wrap; cool.

6Spread 1/4 cup mixture in bottom of baked pie shell, reserve 1/3 cup of the mixture; set aside.
