- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 4 1/2 c. or 1 lb. pecans
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat together in a bowl, the egg white and water.

2Pour in the pecans and using a wooden spoon, stir until all pecans are coated. Sift together the sugar, cinnamon and salt.

3Stir pecans in mixture until they are well coated.

4Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 300° for 40 minutes.

5Stir every 10 minutes.

6Store in a cake tin or glass jar.
