  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat egg white and water until stiff.

    Add pecans, stirring to coat thoroughly.

    Combine last 3 ingredients and add to pecan mixture.

    Mix well.

    Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake at 225° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Stir every 15 to 20 minutes.
