  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. cold water
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
  2. 2
    Beat egg white and water until foamy. (Not stiff!!!) Pour over pecans and stir until all are wet. Add the sugar/salt/cinnamon mixture and stir until well coated. spread onto a lightly buttered cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour at 250, stir occasionally.
