Glazed Pork Chops

- 4 pork loin chops with bone
- 13 cup apple cider vinegar, plus
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, divided
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 12 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions

1In a large non stick skillet over medium heat, brown pork chops on both sides.

2In a bowl combine 1/3 cup vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic; pour over the chops.

3Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.

4I always flip the pork chop at least once.

5In a bowl, combine the cornstarch and remaining vinegar until smooth.

6Pour over the pork chops.

7Move the pan side to side to make sure the cornstarch mix mixes with the sauce in the skillet.

8Bring to boil.

9Turn heat down continuing to mix for few minutes or until thickened.

10Serve immediately with the extra sauce on top.
