- 4 pork chops
- apple slices
- orange slices
- 1 can beef bouillon
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of cloves
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
Directions

1Brown chops well on both sides in a frying pan.

2Put chops in an ovenproof dish and place a big slice of unpared apple on each and on top of these, place orange slices, held together by a toothpick.

3Add beef bouillon, cinnamon, cloves, brown sugar, cornstarch and orange juice.

4Spread this on the meat.

5Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
