- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 lb Salmon
- 1 Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 large onion
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 Non-stick spray
Directions

1Heat broiler on high.

2In a small bowl, combine the sugar and soy sauce.

3Set aside.

4Place the salmon and sliced onion on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil and non-stick spray.

5Add garlic on salmon and sprinkle salt and black pepper.

6Drizzle with olive oil.

7Broil until the salmon is opaque throughout, 8 to 10 minutes, spooning half the soy sauce glaze over the fish during the last 2 minutes of cooking.

8Serve the salmon and onion with the remaining glaze.
