  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter

    Clean scallions,cutting only the very ends.

    In a skillet add scallions,cover with water and boil 3-4 minutes or until tender.

    Drain and add butter and sugar.

    Reduce heat and cook 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
