  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
  • 3 -4 lbs chuck roast
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 34 ounces brown gravy mix
  • 2 cups carrots

Directions

    Boil Roast in water for 2 hours.

    Take roast out and trim fat off.
  3. 3
    Cut roast into serving sizes.

    Keep broth.

    Preheat oven 350 degrees.

    In mixing bowl put soup, gravy mix and 2 cups of broth (from roast) mix until soup is dissolved.

    Cut carrots in thirds (make about same size as potatoes).

    Spray a 13x9 pan.

    Place potatoes, carrots and roast in pan.

    Pour soup mixture on top and cover with foil.

    Cook for approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are done.
