  • 2 c. peeled, cubed turnips
  • 2 c. peeled, cubed rutabagas
  • 2 c. peeled, cubed sweet potatoes
  • 2 c. peeled, cubed squash
  • 3 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 c. chopped, toasted walnuts

    Place all vegetables in a pot and cover with water.

    Put in 7 x 11-inch baking dish, vegetables and other ingredients.
