- 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Poupon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- paprika
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 3 Tbsp. dill pickle relish
Directions

1Cut the eggs in half.

2Remove yolk from white and set white aside.

3Mash yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise, mustard, red pepper, pickles and salt; mix well.

4Spoon mixture back into egg whites.

5Dash each egg with paprika.
