  • 1 (15 oz.) can corned beef hash
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of dry mustard
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Crumble hash in casserole or 9 x 9-inch pan and sprinkle with cheese.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over.

    Bake 35 minutes at 350°, or until custard is set.

    Partially cool.
